Description
### Feature Description
Add a prominent link to [https://intel.github.io/SDM/sdm.html](https://intel.github.io/SDM/sdm.html).
### Why Is This Needed?
The repo does not currently have build or install documentation, and cloning the repo did not result in a navigable local copy. After sending in a frustrated usability report, I considered contacting the maintainer directly. Following up links on his bio page led me to the `github.io` link, where the document has been built and renders correctly.
I'm now happily digging into the new format changes. Apologies if I missed something obvious in how to build/render a local copy.

Research direction
Start by inspecting the repository's top-level HTML and landing-page entry point to find where a prominent external link belongs. Add a visible pointer to https://intel.github.io/SDM/sdm.html, then check the rendered page and confirm the destination opens correctly.
