[Bug]: Description of `Read_GPR` is `Write general purpose register`

I think I was looking at the ARPL instruction, but this should show up everywhere:

Start by searching the repository for every occurrence of `Read_GPR` and inspect the surrounding ARPL instruction description. Confirm the intended wording from the relevant specification data, then update the occurrences so the displayed description is no longer `Write general purpose register` everywhere.
