Add Whisper support (Audio transcription to text) - Any GUI suggestions using Intel ARC GPU ?

Intel's AI Playground, an app for:

1) Image creation
2) Image stylization
3) Chat with RAG support

I think the only thing missing is audio transcription to text.

Ideally supporting video synchronized subtitles e.g .srt

So a fourth option:

4) Audio transcribe to text (Whisper)

**Is there a GUI app to leverage Intel GPUs for Whisper acceleration ?**
