Service Failed to restart

## Describe the bug

Can not launch AI playground after installed env.
Can not find any hint in log file. Looks all the download has done successfully.

## To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'AI Playground'
2. Click on 'Install'
3. After a long waiting of installing, shows starting...
4. See error

## Expected behavior

start AI playground
