### Describe the need
It would be great if we can manage the Github [**Privately reporting a security vulnerability**](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/integrations/github/latest/docs/resources/repository#security-and-analysis-configuration) feature for repositories, for example via the `security_and_analysis` block.
