Description
### Please describe what needs to be maintained?
Remove Neptune and replace with a new remote logger. Perhaps `wandb`, we could also include `mlflow` for people that want to self-host or something along those lines. We could consider others as well, I just don't know of too many off the cuff.
### How do we know when maintenance is complete?
Checklist:
- [ ] Neptune logger removed :(
- [ ] Wandb logger added
- [ ] MLflow logger added?
