TrueTime Returns wrong time in Moto One Power which has Android 9

I am using vanilla version of Truetime in my android app. It works perfectly with MI phones but on Moto One Power which runs on Android 9 it gives invalid time i.e 1 month old time. After i reboot my phone it gives correct time but if i try sometime later it again starts giving the wrong time and date. Any help would be highly appreciated.
