[Feature Request]: Add an option to set width in `table_with_settings`

### Feature description

`table_with_settings` does not support changing the width of the table (which is possible via rtables::as_html function). It would be nice, if it would. In essense it does not support settig `cpp` argument for `rtables::as_html`, which makes it so some of the tables are impossible to generate.
