[Question]: Count distinct patients

### What is your question?

Hi,

I have a datasets with multiple records per patients. Is it possible to count distinct patient on the data filtered by one variable with specific value in Variable Browser and Cross-Table? So far the app provides the counts of observations (with multiple records per patient)
