[Question]: should `tmg::add_facet_labels()` be moved to a different package?

### What is your question?

It doesn't make much sense to require the whole `teal` framework and `teal.modules.general` to run `tm_g_association` and `tm_g_bivariate` module's code

Would this make more sense in `tern`, `teal.widgets` or ``?
