[Feature Request]: adding scrollbar for enhanced navigation in tm_file_viewer module

The current version of the tm_file_viewer module lacks a scrollbar in the "View Encodings" box, causing difficulties when attempting to click and view files within long lists. Users are required to scroll from top to bottom manually, which can be time-consuming and inconvenient. This feature request suggests adding a closeable list with a scrollbar to improve navigation ease, allowing users to swiftly and efficiently browse through files within the module. By implementing this enhancement, users will experience a smoother and more user-friendly file viewing process.
