[Feature Request]: add teal app showcasing teal.modules.bsafe

### Summary

With the release of `teal.modules.bsafe`, we aim to include its modules in `teal.gallery`.

### Definition of Done
1. Create a new teal app in `teal.gallery` that incorporates `teal.modules.bsafe`.
2. Integrate the new app with the CI pipeline to ensure it follows the same deployment strategy as the other apps in `teal.gallery`
3. Review the Cypress tests used for other `teal.gallery` apps and implement similar tests for the new app.
