Description

On Ubuntu 20.04 I am installing `sasr` from CRAN and then want to install `saspy`. I have Python installed on the system. Why is that not sufficient? I still get prompted to install Miniconda:

I can reply "n" here and installation works.
I think it would be better to not ask the user for Miniconda but directly jump into the installation.
