Need usage examples and clarity on inputs

### What is your question?

Some of the inputs require a user to add the `owner` and `actor` information (i.e. the "repo-user" and "repository_owner" input params). Also the naming convention (one is dash-separated and the other one is underscore_separated) needs to align across all input variables.

What is the distinction between these two? It's best to elaborate with usage example for users of this action.
