Description
Eta currently uses these two packages together:
https://www.stackage.org/lts-6.27/package/semigroupoids-5.0.1
https://www.stackage.org/lts-6.27/package/tagged-0.8.4
But semigroupoids got a revision which disallows this version of tagged. This is documented here:
https://github.com/ekmett/semigroupoids/issues/71#issuecomment-384374955
Eta uses the describe workaround of setting `allow-newer`.
