Hi Ink tags

Currently when unchecking 'tags visible', both the 'story viewer' and the code hide the tags, but it doesn't accommodate for the (more common) use-case where writers just want to see the story without tags when playing back, but still see al the tags in the editor itself. Perhaps it would make sense to have a toggle button for both the previewer and editor, positioned accordingly.

Also, the tags aren't hidden but in white color. Although I understand why this was done (you cannot really hide it), it is error prone because accidental edits aren't noticed in this view.
