Unexpected compiling error Windows 10

Hi,

I can use but not compile with Ink.

My computer runs with Windows 10 family up-to-date and an administrator account.

Maybe it can help but I have a problem to extract the .zip on my C: drive (ssd with Windows install). So I have to extract it on another drive to then copy-paste the extracted folder back on C:
