Testing the story

Hello,

This is not an issue, but a general question. What strategy or what tools do you use to test you ink stories?

My stories are quite big and covering all paths is getting harder. Also it is hard to know if you haven't broken anything somewhere in the story when changing variables or logic, so that is where having some testing would come in handy, but I have no idea where to start, so any help, ideas or pointers on how to do it properly would be highly appreciated.
