Request: Change shortcut keys from alt key to other

Description
Polish language has letters like ś ń etc.
Some key combinations using alt triggers a some unwanted action like alt + s or alt + n.
Removing those hotkeys or moving it under File Setting at the top or changing from alt key to Ctrl + Shift + s like would be great addition that would save for sure not only polish users a lot of irritation
