Which version of Inky do I download/what to do once downloaded?

Hello,

I have used inkle before, when it was still available as a web page, and was proficient with it. With it gone, I thought I would download the app. I just don't know which of the windows versions, 32 or 64, to get. Also, I don't know what to do afterwards. There are so many pages and files that come with it I am completely stumped when it downloads. How easy is it once it is up and running? I just want something that is like the web page, it was simple and easy to use/understand. Is the app the same or is it a completely different way of working?
