Unused files shows redundant entries on launch

Description
I am noticing this issue on windows build of most recently released version (0.8.0)
When I first load my main file, all files inside subfolders are shown in an 'unused files' menu. As soon as I type anything in the main ink, the unused files menu disappears. Probably any file already rendered into the file list shouldn't show up in 'unused files.'
