Issue : Inky can't work on fresh install, missing requirements ?

Hi,
I'm trying to use Inky on my new developement laptop with a minimal install. At launch, Inky freeze and doesn't work at all ( only task manager to kill it ). I think I'm missing some requirements in order to make it work.

On my install, I've got :

- Unity ( last version )
- Visual Studio Community 2017
- Atom

I use Inky on my desktop computer without any trouble, It's certainly a dumbass question, but I can't see which software I forgot.

Start by reproducing the freeze on a fresh minimal-install laptop and record the operating system, Inky version, and launch behavior. Compare the working desktop setup with the listed Unity, Visual Studio Community 2017, and Atom installations, then identify the missing requirement; done means Inky launches and remains usable without being killed from Task Manager.
