Closing the app will prompt "Save or no" infinitely even after saving the file.
Clicking Yes will close the dialogue box, pressing alt f4 or closing the app will prompt the dialogue again,
making it impossible to close the app without clicking "No" or force end task

Environment : Windows 11
also sometimes have this error log upon opening the file.
