Documentation does not tell you how to detect the end (done) of the ink script

When I get to the end of my script I'm stuck with no choices or dialog.

I can easily work around this issue but it seems like there should be something in the API that can inform me that I'm at the end.

Start with Documentation/RunningYourInk.md at the “Getting started with the runtime API” section. Review how the runtime signals that an ink script has ended and document the relevant way to detect it; the work is done when a reader can identify the end condition from the guide without needing a workaround.
