Export for web - scroll to top

Is there a way to automatically scroll to the top of the page every time a choice is made after the #CLEAR tag? Without the clear tag the page scrolls to the top of the new content fine, but because of the way I'm structuring the text I need to use the clear tag after every choice.

Each knot/stitch can be quite long, and because of this + the clear tag, after every decision is made the page remains at the bottom of the story and forces the user to scroll up to continue reading. I don't know JS well so I'm unsure how to change the contentBottomEdgeY function to suit this.
