Cannot open file

Description
Everything fine until I try to open a file I've saved. At this point, Ink window goes yellow, then completely white, with no division in centre. Nothing I can do but close Ink down through File Manager. This is Windows 10 and using version of Ink downloaded on 20/04/2018. Any thoughts as obviously the makes the program impossible to use?
