[Suggestion] Share name reservations among knots and variables

Hi,

Just a quick interrogation : currently Ink throws an error if you declare two knots or functions with the same name. Similarly, it will throw an error if two variables are named the same.
However, if you declare a variable with the same name as a knot, there will be no warning. Would it be possible to share the name reservations between knots and variables ?
