Return to a relative address?

Description
I have an issue that I can't figure out how to solve. There's a number of choices that can occur in more than one knot, that I'm gathering using the `<-` notation.
I want those choices, after they've been played, to redirect to their root, but I don't know how to manage that when there's two or more places they could've originated. Any ideas?
