Ink editor window: distinguish functions and other containers, and auto-include the fields for functions

This requires compiled ink stories to include metadata for containers, so it's not something we can do yet.
@joethephish has stated that he'd like to tackle this in the ink repo himself, so if you're looking for issues on this or the ink repo you can help out with, please take a look at some of the others instead :)
