2 service workers and no syncing

I stopped syncing. Had two service workers, one was deleted and that was the one that was running, which is pretty weird.

Now I unregistered them both and now i still have 2 but only one is running, neither is deleted and im syncing again :))

Start by reproducing the two-service-worker state and checking which worker is running before and after unregistering them. Trace how service-worker registration relates to syncing, then verify that only the intended worker remains active and syncing continues reliably.
