patchwork-llm not working inside isolation

i used the chat tool for testing this in isolation.

workers are functional now, but:
- local models don't work in the current setup because there's no browser cache.
- model configuration (e.g. to use openrouter) doesn't work, so it keeps defaulting to the nonfunctional local setup. i did somehow have a magical moment running through openrouter yesterday, so i think if we could fix the config then it would work, aside from the question of where in the untrusted environment the key should be stored
- i didn't try ollama yet, but since model config isn't working for me now i can't test it
