Description
Backend service should simulate Cosmos transactions (on both Noble and Neutron) to find out how much gas is needed, the same way it does for EVM transactions. Then the obtained value should be used instead of the hard-coded gas limit, in order to avoid overspending and stop transactions from failing due to hitting the gas limit.
