Add "liquidity_withdrawn" to venues

Description
For each venue, we should keep the amount of liquidity we have withdrawn from the venue for this bid.
This will serve to let us calculate APRs, in particular also for bids where tracking the APR while the bid is ongoing is very hard, e.g. positions with multi-step lending+LPing where computing an APR is not straightforward.
