Description
AS a developer building an experience that depends on a user's write or read state
WHEN I need to obtain the user's **Storage**, **Bytes In**, and **Query Count**
THEN I am able to quickly obtain that data and use it as a flag to change the experience
WHEN I need to use this data in a third party application
THEN I am able to reliably send this same data where it is needed
