Change Mapbox style based on dark/light mode

We have two different styles created in Mapbox Studio for dark and light. Currently, in the UI we display only dark style. Update the UI such that when dark mode is on, the users will see Map dark style and vice versa for light. The style is included in the mapbox url found in `Map/view.tsx` file.
