Description
When the Map renders in Data Explorer, if we click on Zoom out button and it zooms all the way out, there are few white tiles. In the network tab, you can see that Mapbox has requests with `401` status for those tiles. This ticket is to investigate why it's happening and how to fix it in our UI.
