CSV Button in Data Explorer is missing when connected to UI via http from a remote computer

Hello,

The CSV Button in Data Explorer is missing when i am connected to UI via http from a remote computer. When i start the server with selfsigned certificate and connect via https it is back.
Is there a possibility to Enable this Button while connected via http?
Is this a bug or a wanted feature?
Is there any other easy way to download self konfiguered querys for UI only users?
