Renaming Organization Reverts Serverless UI to TSM UI

## About the bug
If a serverless user renames their organization, upon completion they are presented with the TSM UI. This state persists until the user leaves the application or refreshes the browser page.

**Steps to reproduce:**
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.

1. In the Serverless UI navigate to [Organization Settings](https://us-east-1-1.aws.cloud2.influxdata.com/orgs/1f1a1cec18abd73c/org-settings)
2. Click Rename to rename the organization and click through the warning.
3. Change the name and click "Save Changes"

**Expected behavior:**
The user should return to the same Serverless UI they were just in and see the new name reflected in the header.

**Actual behavior:**
The user is returned to the TSM UI with Dashboards, Tasks, and Alerts now showing in the left nav. The header still shows the old org name.

**Visual Proof:**

Start by reproducing the issue through Organization Settings using the listed rename steps, then trace the organization rename completion and UI navigation state. Done means the user remains in the Serverless UI, the new organization name appears in the header, and the TSM navigation does not appear.
