Remove Explicit Schema Options for IOx enabled Orgs

Description
**Task Description**
IOx buckets do not yet support the ability to restrict based on explicit schema settings\. We need to remove this, for now \(suggest retaining the code as this capability may be added to IOx later\)\.
This will mean removing the "Schema Type: XX" from the bucket list:
and the "Advanced Configuration Options" from the bucket settings page:
