Discovery/Research - Add UI Eventing for Create Task > Import Task

## Problem
We don't know if users use the "Import Task" option when creating tasks. Therefore, we don't really know if we can safely remove it. Nor do we know if there are ways to improve it. Many of the Engineers and PMs that are currently supporting tasks do not know the history or intention of the "Import Task" option. More research is needed including the addition of UI eventing so that we can learn users' natural behaviors as related to task creation.

## Context & Request
- Go to the tasks tab and click "+ Create Task" then click "Import Task"

- Add UI eventing to the "Import JSON as Task" button on both tab options of "Upload File" and "PASTE JSON"

- Consult with Kristina regarding the event names as she has established UI eventing standards.

- Notify Amy once the event is created so that she can notify the data analytics team.
