SQL Editing Engineering Spike - Iterative Improvements

Engineering team to assess functionality of the SQL editing process and determine a plan for a series of improvements, cleanup, and reorganization work to be done. A few of these elements may bubble up in priority to the current sprint but anything that isnt high priority will be created as issues for a following sprint.

For Example:
Bucket selection as it is a required parameter to iox.sql().
Sql mode is turned on when you click New Script which immediately asks if you want to save your empty query.
