Description
### Background
Creating and saving a new query to a dashboard doesn't seem to do anything - you're left at the same screen with the dialog you just filled out open, except it's empty now.
### Reproduction Steps
1. Click explore
1. Create a new query
1. Save it
1. Add it to a dashboard or create one
1. Click `Save to Dashboard Cell`
1. Observe nothing happening
### Acceptance Criteria
- Should the user be taken to the dashboard? The cell?
