## About the bug
**Steps to reproduce:**
List the minimal actions needed to reproduce the behavior.
1. InfluxDB v 2.3.0
2. Go to visualize API tokens
3. Black screen shows a message "An InfluxDB error has occurred"
4. Same happen when trying to open "data-explorer"
**Expected behavior:**
InfluxDB UI to open the API Token view and the data-explorer view
**Actual behavior:**
1. InfluxDB v 2.3.0
