Expanded Table/Graph View

## User Story

As a user, I sometimes would like to see a larger view of my table or graph so I would like to use the full screen or at least the full area of my browser window to see my results and not have to share the screen with the schema browser, function browser, or flux window\. I would like to be able to toggle back and forth as needed from the current display to an expanded display in order to do this\.

## Acceptance Criteria

- An option will be available when the user has successfully completed a query and is seeing a graph or table view to be able to expand the view

- When expanded, the table or graph will take up the entirety of the browser window that is open for the InfluxDB UI

- An option to collapse back to the original view will be obvious

- A hotkey will be available to go back and forth as well

- When collapsed the user will go back to the existing view
