Analytics for truncated queries

## User Story

As a product manager, I want to know how often a user hits the limit for query results size so that I know what future size we should aim for\.

## Acceptance Criteria

- When results are truncated because of size an analytic event will get generated

- Event will include the limit setting as well as the actual size

## Notes

We want a count of how often this happens, but also how large the results actually were \(if possible\)\.
