Query Experience needs to support comparing multiple measurements

1. I am getting input from multiple customers that the killer feature of InfluxDB UI is being able to easily compare two measurements in the same visualization. This should be easy enough to do with no Flux coding.
2. Recall that a key feature of Flux compared to InfluxQL is that Flux is capable of querying across measurements. We need to surface that capability to users.
