Description
**Proposal:**
Allow users to format the y-axis as well as timestamps.
**Current behavior:**
You can only format the timestamp. Sometimes people want to be able to display decimals instead of the m notation.
**Desired behavior:**
Allow users to format the y-axis. Specify no auto-formatting, rounding, etc.
