Epic: Automatic Re-query upon Zoom (GA)

**What needs to be completed to allow this functionality to go GA (to all users)?**

- Toggle on/off the adaptive zoom per cell and persist for that cell. The decisions that users make at the cell level will supersede default settings.

- All users with a Solona email address will automatically have the toggle turned on. Any NEW cell that a Solona cell client creates should default to adaptive zoom being turned on.

_Implementation will depend on whether or not Solona is an org or an account._
- Ability to set a user-level default for adaptive zoom or digital zoom as a user setting default on their user profile page to initially apply to any NEW cells.
- Ability to set an org-level default for adaptive zoom or digital zoom.
- Ability to set an account-level default for adaptive zoom or digital zoom.

- Show the user the window period on the graph per data series (yield) whether they hard-code it or not. Always show it per yield in the tooltip. Add a column for "window period"

- Provide an error message explaining if a user wants to toggle on adaptive zoom then they need to use the v.window period variable rather than a hard-coded value

- Multiple cells on a dashboard issue. Some Solona clients cannot adaptive zoom on the second cell on their dashboard. We don't fully know why yet. This is being investigated by Denise.
