Description
**Proposal:**
When looking at the help from the function window in the Flux Script Editor in Data Explorer, if the user clicks on the "Flux Docs" link, it should take the user to the documentation for the specific function they are looking at.
**Current behavior:**
It takes them to the standard lib. See:
**Desired behavior:**
Take them to them specific doc page.
