Flux formatter not working in data explorer

## About the bug

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Write a flux script in the data explorer
2. Mangle the formatting
3. Attempt to run the flux formatter (either through `Right Click -> Format Document` or through keyboard shortcut `Ctrl+Shift+I`)
4. Weep

**Expected behavior:**

The flux formatter runs in the code editor and makes the flux script look pretty and readable.

**Actual behavior:**

Nothing happens
